2014 Huntsman Communications offers project management and bid support services. Through our consultancy arm we currently provide professional Executive Personal Assistant services (SC Cleared) into a major UK Nuclear Decommissioning business. Interim Professional Administrators are vitally important in projects that need to hit key milestones.  Often overlooked; the secure Administrator can make massive differences to the way projects are delivered.  In support of commissioned bid and development strategies and where requested Huntsman will provide Administrative support under the terms of a Consultancy Contract- tailored to make diversification with Huntsman Communications a viable option.




Johnson Security

Huntsman Communications work exclusively with Johnson Security (www.fdji.com) providing overseas business development support to this global manufacturing and assembly business.

Johnson Security provide value in transit (VIT) and secure building products to blue chip security companies. Huntsman services include; the development of armoured products needed to meet new and aggressive market conditions as the global use of cash changes under pressure for cashless payment systems. Huntsman have negotiated assembly and distribution contracts with Tier 1 OEM manufacturers . Complete Knock Down (CKD)  strategies have helped Johnson's access markets using duty-free strategies, creating OEM partnership and streamlining products into OEM's dealer support systems. 

Johnson Security also design and build integrated cash centres developed through formal turn-key design and build processes. When delivered cash centre projects uniquely provide a connection between the logistical and cash management functions. Johnson Security provide software management systems that ensure rapid and safe load and unload process.   Growing the product line into an 'end-to-end' solution  meant Johnson's had to  find new ways to work with partners sub contractors and the clients projects team.
Overseas Development activities cover markets in China, Africa and Europe.  Our consultants employ experience in, vehicle design, access control, CCTV, building technology and covert surveillance

Second Life Leasing Project

In many cases, NHS Ambulance Trusts procure their vehicles through contracts with leasing businesses.  Huntsman Communications identified an opportunity to re-life some of the assets to create a resilient stock of vehicles. These assets may be used to support the NHS during fleet refreshment programmes hampered by the decommissioning of legacy communications equipment, and in times of stress created by conditions such as, acute weather or pandemic disease.  Huntsman created a white paper in the form of a business case. This was sent unsolicited to several leasing business. Financial, environmental and social benefits were highlighted.  The opportunity was recognised by our now client, one of Europe's largest Leasing Companies. Huntsman Communications have been commissioned to manage a trial starting September 2014 for three years.  With 0ver 100 vehicles already let and another 20 Patient Transport Vehicle being added to the fleet in early 2015, revenues from this legacy fleet have already exceeded expectations.  This bodes well for the future of this re-lifing product. Huntsman have supported both, contractual and rollout elements of the project. 



Short Courses, Training and Sales Coaching

2012 Ministry of Interior- UAE.  As part of an overarching business development strategy in the Middle East Huntsman Communications were requested by our client, to deliver two short-fat courses over 5 days to Police Officers tasked with managing the security of cash in their society.
Using interactive media , classroom presentations and field work our Consultants delivered training on the principles of secure transport, modern video and biometric access control systems. The principles of no-gun security and cash centre design and evaluation.
To deliver these courses, our consultants had to be security vetted by the end user, this security status is still in place.




Tier II Specialist Vehicle Builders

During 2014 Huntsman Communications entered into a business development contract with the UK’s fastest growing vehicle manufacturing and assembly group. Our role is to identify and instigate organic growth opportunities created by the conjoining of businesses through a proactive and focused M and A strategy.  By leveraging our knowledge and experience  in armour technologies, overseas sales and business intelligence Huntsman will created the launching platform for new products and new markets backed by a highly capable senior management team.  In this Group everyone is willing to do the hard work and the smart work to meet the Chairman's targets.  Huntsman Communications is employed to capture opportunities as they present themselves and missed because people are distracted by the ‘day job’. Where there is growth, synergistic opportunities will exist, Huntsman Communications sitting beside the business management team, identify these leads, professionally present the possibilities to the Senior Management Team and deliver on the ever evolving strategy.




The Elastic Web, Revenue Models and More....

2013. Huntsman Consultants travelled to the USA to work with a global supplier of emergency service equipment. This project planned to use telemetry combined with the opportunities created by the evolution of the elastic web and pay-as-you-go products to create a revenue model within a business traditionally focused on profit and point of sale.  Phase one of the plan required Huntsman Communications to introduce the new technology, the explain its benefits to both the provider and the user.  We not only provided advice supporting the technology road map, we also delivered the client message that planned, repeatable revenue delivers secure bottom line revenue that de-risks the turbulence experienced from erratic public spending policy.  As part of the scope of work, Huntsman delivered working prototypes, business intelligence , sales training and staff messaging.
